Directory Change – Copy Files

If you do not copy the files, you have in effect a new MG installation. This can be useful if you wish to hold two configurations – e.g. one that is ‘normal’, logging all meters at a defined period, and one for investigating particular issues, perhaps logging one or two meters very frequently. You can switch between the two directories, choosing Not to copy the files. See Multiple Configurations on the Location of Files Page.
