Configuration 4 – Test Connections

If you are using CDI Meters recommended Ethernet adapters (GridConnect NET485) leave this checked. For other adapters, uncheck this box and configure according to the manufacturers instructions.

Connections to adapters can be tested at any time. They MUST be tested before MeterGrapher is placed online.

Configure ethernet adapters is checked and the Test Connections button has been pressed. This is completing the Adapter configuration (baud, stop bits, data bits, parity etc). It is only done the first time the Connection is tested.
